Hey sexy and gorgeous peeps! I know, it's been a while since my last post. I've been too caught up with assignments, thesis and exams! :D I've just recovered from my mini fever stint, and I've just gotten my much needed rest. Sleepless nights from doing my thesis. How are you so far?
Now thesis is all done and approved, I shall focus on 3 things:
1. Get a new identification card.
My current IC's chip is useless. It's unreadable, and it's my first IC, which I have been using since I was 12. About time I get a new one, maybe look even better! :D Must get a new one before my Sabah trip!
2. Audrey's homecoming!
Yes, my soul sister will be home next week! :) The extreme joy of having her around. Even my beloved Carissa will be home soon! It's such a beautiful feeling anticipating for them to come home, for they're scattered everywhere on Earth! Especially Ruth who is in Germany. Why la you guys have to be so far away, and I'm stuck in Kuching??
3. Detox
After going through rough weeks, of sleepless nights, I would like to detox by going to the beach, probably a hair cut(??) and some me time. For starters, Big Apple dough nuts! I'm amazed, it's been months since I last had one.
It's the end of the semester already, and 3 years had passed so quickly. It seems as if I was still in my school uniform, sleeping in classes and scoring A's in exams. Now, A grade is like a rare gem!
I plan to continue on my studies by taking Masters program. It's because I personally believe after you land yourself a full time job and getting salaries each month after this, you'll slowly (maybe) lose your interest to study. I've heard too many people saying, "I'll work first, then study later. Get some money." It's really up to people's opinions and choices.
Whatever you do after this, after graduating, the real world can be intimidating. Employers nowadays rely on Facebook to check on future employees and even CGPA of 4.0 cannot really guarantee you a job that you want. It's experience that employers are after for. It's true. They also want prospective employees who are street smart, not just book smart.
Anywho, last Saturday, my boyfriend, his brother and I made Nasi Ayam Penyet just because! :) It was absolutely delicious! Just a random recipe to marinate the chicken thighs, and his brother made the sambal. The nasi ayam penyet tasted wayyyyy better than the ones made in coffee shops. But, the sambal made me sweat, as it was too spicy. T_T
Will definitely be making this again! :D
1 chocolates:
Oh! SOON! i is excited! :D
