How do you define life?

Hey peeps. I've been MIA for a while (I guess) because Streamyx failed to do its job. :( As you guys know (or just knew), I placed a short poll at the sidebar to find out what you guys want to read from my blog. Thank you to those who took a minute to answer the questions. Much appreciated!

So, about 10 people answered the questions, and about 75% of you wanted me to write more on life issues, 15% wanted me to write about my daily life, and a good 10% answered "post more pictures like Dawn Yang/Xiaxue." 

Life issues, eh? Alright. :D I like writing about life issues, it gives me the freedom to express my opinion on my views on life.

I have to disagree on Justin Bieber. Haha. I'm a fan! 

As I sat at home with no Internet, I thought of graduation and my plans in life. I realized some moved on, changed, judged, loved and gave up too fast. Too damn fast I felt like I was spinning in the midst of everything.

What do people mean when they say, People change. And then, they give you THAT SHRUG.

Life is short. How do you define life? How do you define living? If you could put Life in a bag, what would you find in it? If you could put Living in a bag, what would you discover in it? For me, I'd like to have Education and Family in my Living, and Compassion in my Life. I find myself terribly glued to Animal Planet channel, and sometimes National Geographic. I'd wake up really late in the morning, brush my teeth, and sit in front of the tv and watch those channels until late afternoon. Bad and disgusting, I know. 

But hey, who hasn't done it? 

I'm not a tv person actually, because I watch everything online. My dad is always the one controlling the remote control and I would only watch when he's not around. Now that I am 100% jobless and out of university, I find channel-surfing is a great hobby. :D

So, I love this particular show in Animal Planet channel; Animal Cops Philadelphia. It's about rescuers going all out to save animals around Philadelphia without any second thoughts. They have so much love and passion for animals, and the SPCA? It's damn huge with lots of new equipments and kindred spirits who look after the animals in the SPCA. They can even arrest pet owners who mistreat their pets. 

Do we even have that in Malaysia?

I may not agree on the States's way of shipping armies to the Middle East, but I do agree on their way of choosing their very own President and treating the animals right. Presidents of the States are chosen and voted by their citizens. The President title is earned rightfully. :) They even established laws that send pet owners and people who mistreat animals to jail for even up to 10 years! 

How I wish people who mistreat the animals here would be send off to jail for animal cruelty, and how I wish the government is more aware in providing a better shelter and centre for animals. It's a greater exchange for the ridiculous DUN and city day parades that they love to waste money on. 

Why not fund the local SPCA and build a bigger, well equipped shelter? Recruit animal rescuers to save the stray animals from the selfish streets and starvation. Animals are God's creations, too. Just like us, to accompany us in this world. Everyone wants to make a difference in the world, why not try with the animals? Make a difference in their lives. 

Dogs smell your fear, so don't run when you see one. Instead, stoop down a bit and look at them in their eyes.
